Historic Restoration projects consist of historically significant buildings used for commercial or residential purposes. The buildings are typically timber framed and/or brick and pre-date the1930's.  
Most of the restoration work consists of strengthening the existing structure, removal of bearing walls to create larger gathering spaces, and modifying the structure for accessibility.
